The Firm had trained senior government officers in the field of investigation. The firm had also conducted training for professionals, like head of departments and managers with the objective of sharing their experience on internal thefts, shop thefts, insurance frauds, patent infringements and other investigations.
The firm is of the view that there is a need for Store Managers/Supervisors to be trained in identifying shoplifters, to differentiate between thefts committed by shoppers and staffs, the laws applicable to the different offences and on how to handle the situation professionally without the abuse of power and infringement of the relevant laws. A two days in-house training on the subject would suffice.
