ASP (2) (EX) Simon Suppiah spent the better part of his career in the Singapore Police Force as an investigator with the Criminal Investigation Department and overseeing training for the Singapore Police Force at the Training Command. As an investigator he had investigated and solved many sensational cases, some of which were that of the diabolic child killer ‘Adrian Lim’, the Cable Car Tragedy, Secret Society Murders and numerous others.

Some of the many highlights as an investigator were when he missed death when a group of four car thieves attempted to run him down with their stolen vehicle. He had then left with no option but to open fire with his revolver which resulted in the death of the driver. Whilst investigating into a series of housebreaking cases arrested five gang members, (one of whom a martial art exponent) and recovered two firearms and ninety eight rounds of ammunition. In another investigation in an armed robbery arrested three triad society members, one of whom was armed with a pistol. He was further involved in a shoot-out with the notorious “Wahab Brothers” at the then ‘Kampong Wak Tanjong” at Paya Lebar
Be it a criminal case or a major disaster, he had at all times excelled in the field of investigation. His investigative ability and leadership qualities had even won him the praises of the judges who had commended him publicly. He was also awarded the prestigious National Day award, The Efficiency Medal for his outstanding investigative abilities.
As both an Administration Officer and Deployment officer in the Singapore Police Force, Simon Suppiah was involved in the deployment of officers for static duties as well as security coverage for major events like the National Day Celebration, International Football matches, Pop Concerts and even the Miss Universe pageant in 1987 which was held at the World Trade Centre in Singapore.
As Chief Instructor/Officer–in-charge In-Camp Training and the Officer-in-charge Specialist Training Wing of the Singapore Police Force, he introduced innovative training methods like tactical training and scenario based training.
For all his exemplary performances in the Singapore Police Force he was decorated with numerous other awards.

Shirley Tham joined the organization since its inception in the year 1999.She is responsible for all administration and logistics matters. She is also involved in investigations and had traveled to various parts of China, India, Thailand and Malaysia to carry out investigations into patent infringements, insurance frauds and other matters.

Daniel Tan Peng Huat joined the Singapore Police Force as a Cadet Inspector in the year 1967 and was promoted to an Assistant Superintendent of Police in the year 1977. In the year 1980 he left the Singapore Police Force to join the Nanyang Siang Pau Chinese Press following which took charge of security matters in hotels. In the year 1989 he joined the American Express as the Director Security Asean Region until the year 2008 when he left the organisation to join Simmon Security & Investigation Services Pte Ltd.
Operations Manager Abdul Hadi Bin Mohamed Salleh
Abdul Hadi Bin Mohamed started his career in the Singapore Police Force in the year 1987. Whilst in the SPF he was tasked to carry out the duties of a Field Training Officer, Divisional Intelligence Officer and Investigation Officer. Following his stint with the SPF he became a Leading Steward with Singapore Airlines Limited and had the opportunity to travel and broaden his knowledge on the laws, culture, and habits etc. of the countries he visited. Having worked with the Singapore Airlines for six years he left to work for two companies, one a provider of security services where he was the Operations Manager and tasked to manage fifteen sites with sixty-five security officers, and the other a private investigation agency where he was the Operation Manager and Head of Investigation and Covert Surveillance.
