For Infringements of Patent under the Patents Act Chapter 221, the Team of investigators from Simmon Security & Investigation Services Pte Ltd scoured Hong Kong, various cities in China, namely Shenzhen, Beijing and Guangzhou in search of the product at electronic markets, visiting the offices of Patent & Trademark Agents, Corporate Registration Companies, State Intellectual Property Office, National Libraries, publishers of magazines and newspapers, archives etc. in search of priority claim and prior art. In such investigations they left no stones unturned resulting in enormous success.
